Sarah carefully creates tailored online yoga classes for households, groups & workplaces. Classes are inclusive & applicable to your specific goals or challenges. This could be for staff spending hours at a desk / driving / manual labour, or a houshold / group looking for safe & personalised private sessions.
Classes are designed with you in mind and can include mindfulness techniques to manage stress & address mental health. – It’s a great way to practice together safely, anywhere in the world and you can always turn your camera off if you prefer not to be seen during your class, it’s your class.
I offer feedback, alignment cues and multiple options, so all classes are suitable for a mixed ability group. – Classes are fun, progressive and will improve the well being of every student.

Sarah will tailor each session to you for 60, 75 or 90 minutes. One-2-One classes are offered online or in your London location & can include mindfulness techniques for stress management & improved mental health.
