Hi, I’m Sarah, a London based yoga teacher with a love for the practice, passion for teaching authentically & sharing transformative lifestyle skills rooted in yoga.

Sharing a yoga practice with me will create space in your body, heart & mind, I offer power style practices, gentle flows & mindfulness classes, appropriate for most students.
Classes are Vinyasa style yoga, with breathing & meditation techniques weaved throughout for greater connection, energy, stress relief and relaxation.
Don’t worry if you haven’t practiced Yoga or meditation before, like our school teachers always used to say “Practice makes perfect” – And although you are already perfect, your yoga practice will improve with regular visits to your mat.
If you are injured or pregnant you can still practice! Let’s talk about it, just drop me a note and we’ll make it work.
