Welcome to my site! I’m a movement & mindfulness teacher with a passion for sharing transformative lifestyle skills rooted in mindfulness and inspired by traditional yoga.
I have practiced Vinyasa Yoga for many years. Exploring expressive movement has helped me soothe stress & identity obstacles, shape a physical & mental health management system & opened me up to receive the most value out of life.
Through my classes, I hope to explore & share these gateways with others.
Here at sarahavril.com, you can find details of my classes, these are for households or corporate groups and 1-2-1’s hosted via Zoom.
Also you’ll find my monthly ‘Scoop’ with mindfulness and feel-good cooking suggestions.
What can I expect?
Sharing a practice with me will create space in body, heart & mind, I guide a variety of flowing classes to suit most students including powerful flows, free-movement, gentle motion & guided mindfulness/meditation.
Classes are exploitative movement sessions inspired by traditional Vinyasa & Yin yoga practices. I weave breathing & meditation techniques throughout for greater connection, stress relief and energy boosting/relaxation.
My approach to teaching is inclusive, everyone is welcome! – I teach authentically, so for me this means you will be encouraged to enjoy exploration & personalise your practice, want to spend 60 mins asleep today? Go ahead! 🙂 It’s your class.
